Day 3, Lecture 4: Take Action

Instructions:

  1. Print the affirmations and put them in a place you will look at them each day. A great place is in your bathroom and look at them while you brush your teeth in the morning.
  2. Read one per day and say the affirmations statements at the bottom out loud.
  3. Write the affirmation statements on notecards or in a notebook you carry around.
  4. Each day write one sentence in your notebook about how this process is going. "Today I feel weird doing this." "Today I noticed I was more patient." "The affirmation was perfect for the challenges I faced today."
