Day 3, Lecture 4: Take Action
Instructions:
- Print the affirmations and put them in a place you will look at them each day. A great place is in your bathroom and look at them while you brush your teeth in the morning.
- Read one per day and say the affirmations statements at the bottom out loud.
- Write the affirmation statements on notecards or in a notebook you carry around.
- Each day write one sentence in your notebook about how this process is going. "Today I feel weird doing this." "Today I noticed I was more patient." "The affirmation was perfect for the challenges I faced today."
